Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Senior Global Controls GPU Network and Facilities Operations Lead to drive integration of controls, GPU networking, and facilities across AI data centres in the APAC region. You’ll coordinate with engineering, operations, cybersecurity, and OEM partners to ensure reliable, scalable deployments.

The role requires 10+ years in mission-critical infrastructure, deep knowledge of BMS/EPMS/SCADA/PLC, and strong communication across global teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in mission-critical infrastructure, electrical engineering, controls systems, data centre operations, or equivalent environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration across technical disciplines and stakeholders.
• Experience with global or multi-site engineering, operations, commissioning, or infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical point of contact for projects, coordinating with global SMEs and stakeholders.
• Contribute input to global standards, reference architectures, and deployment strategies for controls and GPU networks.
• Support high-density AI data centre deployment through modular and distributed-compute approaches.
• Identify cross-functional risks and escalate to accountable owners.
