Job summary

Confidential in Singapore seeks a Head of Technical Delivery for APAC to own architecture, BOM decisions, and delivery for large-scale GPU deployments. You will lead regional engineering, set acceptance criteria, and drive operational readiness across the lifecycle of client deployments.

You will design complex GPU architectures, evaluate customer designs, and manage risk and standards. A strong track record in GPU/HPC and leadership, with Mandarin preferred, is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 12+ years hands-on experience in GPU/HPC or cloud infra engineering.
• At least 5+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Proven track record designing and operating production GPU clusters.
• Deep knowledge of NVIDIA GPU architectures, NIC topologies, and interconnects.
• Experience directing 24/7 mission-critical operations and OEM escalations.
• Excellent oral and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own all cluster architecture and BOM decisions for GPU compute systems.
• Lead technical procurement with supplier qualification and SLAs.
• Define regional acceptance criteria and validate hardware health and network topology.
• Enforce configuration and change-control across firmware, OS, and network software.
• Direct system commissioning, validation, and operational handover.
• Design regional support, monitoring, and escalation models; lead root-cause investigations.
