Qualifications

• Currently a university student or recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proficiency in English or Mandarin; basic Mandarin for collaboration with Chinese-speaking teams.
• Interest in gaming and knowledge of ACG culture.

Responsibilities

• Apply player experience insights via surveys, interviews, and sentiment analysis to guide product optimization, localization strategies, and operations.
• Manage day-to-day community operations and engagement across global platforms (e.g., Discord).
• Collaborate on regional beta testing and localization efforts by coordinating tester access and feedback.
