Job summary

You will prepare periodic reports, ensure compliance with audit, statutory and tax requirements, monitor covenants and partner with fund administrators and internal teams. Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Experience in fund management, financial consolidation or audit is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting concepts.
• Self-motivated, independent, with good cross-team communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely periodic financial reports for subsidiaries and JVs.
• Ensure compliance with audit, statutory and tax requirements across jurisdictions.
• Monitor financing covenants across multiple jurisdictions.
• Liaise with external fund administrators and local bookkeepers.
• Support finance operations: invoice verification, data validation, cash flow planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance projects.
