JLS Training House Pte. Ltd. seeks a Logistics Operations Specialist to oversee end-to-end freight movements across road, sea, and air networks.

You will work with 3PL providers, monitor KPIs, and ensure timely deliveries while controlling costs and maintaining compliance with international regulations. The role requires strong analytical skills, ERP/TMS proficiency, and excellent communication with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with strong numerical literacy and data interpretation.
• Excellent written and spoken communication for internal and external stakeholders.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification preferred (e.g., CILT).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inbound and outbound freight across road, sea, and air networks.
• Coordinate with 3PL providers and monitor KPI performance.
• Ensure compliance with UK and international customs documentation.
• Analyse transport routes and carrier tariffs to cut lead times and costs.
• Collaborate with Warehouse and Procurement to maintain stock flow.
• Resolve transit delays and implement corrective actions.
