SG Growth Capital Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Portfolio Growth Intern to support the portfolio growth team in creating strategic value and scalable processes.

You will work on Singapore landing plans, GTM access, R&D, and CoE development, using AI tools to build lightweight agents and workflows. The role emphasises analytical thinking, commercial curiosity, and confidentiality while providing exposure to senior relationships and high-value opportunities.

Formación

• Final-year undergraduate in relevant fields.
• Postgraduate, MBA, or MSc with consulting/VC exposure is a plus.
• Strong research, writing, and synthesis skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing needs.
• Interest in venture capital and growth-stage tech in SG.

Responsabilidades

• Build AI agents to accelerate research, mapping, drafting, and data structuring.
• Create reusable prompts, templates, and workflows for briefs and memos.
• Translate strategic commitments into practical execution options.
• Support SGGC events: masterclasses, matching sessions, and investor activities.
• Prepare concise programme reports and capture opportunities and next steps.
