Zusammenfassung

DyStar is seeking a Finance Business Partner to lead global FP&A for manufacturing, sales, and marketing/SCM across regions. You will support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term projections with senior leadership and collaborate with global and local entities.

You will own deep P&L profitability analysis, develop KPIs, and drive global reporting templates and performance tracking. Expect system work with SAP, Jedox, and BI tools.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of finance/accounting experience in a production-oriented environment.
• Strong verbal and written English; effective cross-cultural communication.
• Proficient with ERP systems, especially SAP and SAP BW.
• Excellent Excel and MS Office skills; meticulous analytics.
• Able to work with global teams and manage stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Own and drive financial results compilation and reporting against targets.
• Lead global forecasts, budgets and long-term projections with regional inputs.
• Perform deep P&L profitability analysis by product range and region.
• Develop global KPIs and performance tracking tools.
• Collaborate on process improvements and system implementations (SAP, Jedox, BI).
• Provide ad-hoc reporting to support decision making.
