Job summary

DEN HARTOGH ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a proactive Fleet Executive to support global logistics operations, planning and performance improvement across our network.

The role focuses on coordinating tank operations, monitoring fleet utilisation, and ensuring timely allocation and release to customers. You will develop global procedures, drive cost saving initiatives, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with regional teams to close performance gaps.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics operations, fleet/tank planning, shipping or related field.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tank operations and fleet planning.
• Monitor fleet utilisation, tank availability and performance.
• Ensure timely tank allocation, preparation and release to customers.
• Develop and maintain global procedures and best practices.
• Support cost and vendor performance reviews and continuous improvement.
