Job summary

CENTURION BULK PTE. LIMITED seeks a senior professional to independently operate and optimize 9-11 dry cargo ships in the Handy to Ultramax segments, driving safety, efficiency and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to deliver operational excellence, applying knowledge of charter parties, cargo commodities, and shipping software to daily operations across a flat, multi-office organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in a flat, multi-office organization.
• Knowledge of IMSBC/IMDG codes and FuelEU/EU ETS regulations.
• Basic technical vessel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operate 9-11 dry cargo ships safely and efficiently.
• Optimize vessel speed and fuel consumption.
• Oversee multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Ensure compliance with maritime rules and company guidelines.
• Initiate and lead projects to solve operational challenges.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global teams for multi-office coordination.
• Apply knowledge of charter party types and cargo commodities to daily operations.
