Syfe, APAC's largest digital wealth platform, seeks a Legal Counsel to join its Legal, Risk & Compliance team in Singapore. You'll partner across contracts, corporate matters, and regulatory work as MAS-licensed entity expands regionally.

You'll draft and negotiate commercial agreements, manage corporate secretarial duties, advise on employment, data protection, IP, and disputes, and coordinate with regulators and external counsel as Syfe grows in fintech.

Formación

• Law degree and qualified to practise with 4–8 years PQE.
• Experience in corporate and commercial matters; fintech exposure preferred.
• In-house or private practice background in financial services is a plus.
• Strong command of English, autonomous and meticulous.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day legal support across Syfe's operations and external interfaces as a trusted business partner.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts—including vendor, technology, partnership, distribution, and customer-facing terms.
• Support transactional work and company projects involving structuring, strategic partnerships, investments, fundraising, and acquisitions, from term sheet through to completion.
• Manage corporate secretarial and company law matters across Syfe's group entities, including board and shareholder resolutions, statutory filings and registers, director and officer appointments, share issuances, and day-to-day governance.
• Advise on employment, data protection, IP, disputes, and other fintech-relevant legal matters; manage disputes with external counsel when needed.
• Advise on new products and regional expansion; coordinate with risk/compliance teams and regulators as required.
• Bring a pragmatic, commercially minded legal lens to regulatory matters, AML/CFT, and licensing related work.
