Job summary

SATS Ltd, headquartered in Singapore, is a leading provider of air cargo handling services and airline catering. The Head of Finance Transformation Office will drive a multi-year transformation portfolio to empower Finance as a strategic business partner through digitalization and standardisation.

You will partner with Finance, Technology, Human Capital, Procurement, Shared Services and external partners to deliver sustainable outcomes across global operations, including transfer pricing,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
CPA, CA, ACCA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
Experience leading large-scale finance transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

Lead the finance transformation strategy and roadmap across the organisation.
Partner with Finance, Technology, HC, Procurement, and Shared Services to deliver sustainable outcomes.
Drive end-to-end redesign and global standardisation of core finance processes.
Maintain and enhance transfer pricing policies in line with OECD BEPS guidelines and local regs.
