Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Pte Ltd is recruiting a DS International Office Financial Analyst to be located in Singapore or India. The role supports financial planning, reporting, compliance, and transformation activities across the DS International Regional Office, collaborating with FP&A, Global Services, Tax, and Regional Finance teams.

You will contribute to financial analysis, reporting processes, and the transformation of the International Finance organization in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years of finance, accounting, FP&A, business partnering, or related finance experience.
• Experience supporting financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and consolidation of actuals, forecasts, LT plans, BP, Flash reporting, and Budget vs Actual analyses.
• Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management reviews.
• Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Assist in Monthly Business Reviews and planning cycles.
• Maintain financial models and reporting tools to support decision-making.
• Support compliance, tax, and audit requirements through data collection and documentation.
