The Financial Analyst supports the DS International Office Finance Manager in delivering financial planning, reporting, compliance, and transformation activities across the DS International Regional Office organization. The role is responsible for providing high-quality financial analysis, coordinating reporting processes, supporting financial controls, and helping drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with FP&A, Global Services, Tax, and Regional Finance teams, the analyst will contribute to the effective management of the DS International Office financials while supporting the ongoing transformation of the International Finance organization. This role offers broad exposure to financial planning, analysis, accounting, reporting, compliance, and finance transformation activities within a global and fast-paced environment.
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.
