Qualifications

• Practical engineering in electronics/mechanical or equivalent is required.
• Fluent in English for written and technical discussions.
• First-level software troubleshooting and support.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Customer Support Policy for the OEM End User.
• Support OEM partners and End Users under warranty/service agreements.
• Train, install and support Nova products at customer sites worldwide.
• Maintain reporting methods for customer support activities.
