Global Facilities Program Manager (WFD/Doc Control)
Description
As a Global Facilities Program Manager, you will work closely with all major functional organizations within Global Facilities and the worldwide site Facilities, FE Strategic Program (FE PMO) team, OCT Workforce Development (WFD), and other major corporate organizations to drive systems projects/programs from initiation to completion. These projects/programs are critical to the success of Facilities and the overall network.
Responsibilities
- Support Global Fac Work-Force Development (WFD) to establish and maintain Global Fac training plans, training assignment, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), learning items, quizzes, and track assigned training status across the Global Fac network. Support Global Fac Documentation to maintain the Global Fac Controlled Document Library, enforce documentation control, publish ECN notifications, and conduct Periodic Document Review (PDR).
- Create, lead, drive, and maintain projects/programs, including project definition, work breakdown structures, schedules, communication plans, scope documents, and stakeholder analysis; organize and coordinate project meetings; develop meeting presentations, agendas, minutes, track and follow up on action items, and early identify and resolve project risks; establish metrics, training, software, and monitoring of program status.
- Collaborate and partner with Global and Site Facilities and other relevant partners (PMO, IT, systems owners, and developers) to develop and deploy global reports, programs, and business processes to network and multicultural audiences.
- Serve as owner of Global Facilities systems and solutions (Sharepoint, EDC, SQL Servers, MT Groups, Web Interface Design), providing administrative support, professional guidance, and consultation advice.
- Provide governance, alignment, and mentorship on project/program/portfolio management and other processes/systems/software to external and internal team partners, and re‑pivot priorities based on the changing business landscape.
- Build and maintain collaboration with metrics owners and the systems team to periodically publish, measure, and supervise routine and ad‑hoc reports and dashboards.
- Drive accountability and continual improvement through clear communication, feedback, effective project management updates, and appropriate usage of metrics.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience with Micron WFD & Doc Control systems (Workday Training, OJTCert, EDC, SharePoint, MT Groups, ECN, PDR) is preferred.
- Excellent skills for leading or facilitating multi‑organizational teams to success on complex multidimensional projects/programs.
- Knowledge and experience with Micron systems (EDC, SharePoint, MT Groups, ECN, PDR) is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to build teams, drive progress to plan, and secure management support and buy‑in for complex projects/programs.
- Strong team player who collaborates across multi‑functional organizations and geographies, with proven interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Professional, organized, meticulous, and analytical with problem‑solving and facilitation skills. Able to complete tasks independently and adapt to a constantly evolving environment.
- Excellent digital literacy in reporting and dashboarding software (PowerBI) and Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Project, Power Automate, PowerApps).
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent. Project/Program management experience is preferable.

- Travel Required: Yes – Domestic and International travel as required by business needs.

- Shift: Normal shift (8+ hour).
- GJS: E2 to E3, or P2 to P3.
