1100 Micron SemiAsiaOP Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Global Facilities Senior Program Manager to oversee critical projects for Facilities. You will engage with diverse teams to ensure successful program execution, implementing governance frameworks and driving performance management practices.
Ideal candidates have over 5 years in semiconductor engineering and strong leadership skills in project management. This position requires travel and offers a dynamic and evolving work environment.
As a Global Facilities Senior Program Manager, you will work closely with all the major functional organizations within Global Facilities, & with the world-wide site Facilities, FE Strategic Program (FE PMO) team and other major corporate organizations to drive systems projects/programs from initiation to completion. These projects/programs are critical to the success of Facilities and the overall network. Lead and orchestrate cross‑functional program and portfolio execution by partnering with Global and Site Facilities, PMO, IT, system owners, and developers to design, standardize, and deploy global reports, enterprise programs, and scalable business processes for a geographically distributed, multicultural organization. Establish and enforce PMO governance frameworks across projects, programs, and portfolios, including prioritization, intake, roadmap planning, dependency management, and change control—while continuously re‑aligning execution priorities to evolving business needs and strategic direction.
Define, implement, and sustain enterprise performance management practices by partnering with metrics owners and systems teams to design, publish, and govern routine and ad‑hoc dashboards and reports that enable leadership visibility, data‑driven decision‑making, and portfolio health monitoring. Drive accountability and continuous improvement through structured communication, milestone tracking, risk and issue management, executive‑ready status reporting, and disciplined use of metrics to measure outcomes, identify gaps, and ensure delivery against commitments. Serve as the accountable owner for Global Facilities platforms and solutions (e.g., SharePoint, EDC, SQL servers, Microsoft Teams groups, web interfaces), ensuring disciplined system governance, lifecycle management, standardized operating models, and effective adoption through clear administrative controls and professional advisory support.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
Workplace Travel Required: Yes – Domestic and International travel as required by business needs.
Environment: Office. Shift: Normal shift (8+ hour).
