Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Global Facilities Central Engineering, Chemical & Gas to lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team across the US and Asia, providing engineering system ownership from design through start-up and operations.

You will champion global standardization, reliability, and sustainability across the facilities network, working with site, regional, and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 15–20 years of facilities experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Ability to build and lead teams and align with strategic objectives.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline engineering teams across global sites.
• Provide engineering system ownership and technical support from design to operation.
• Drive global standardization, innovation, reliability, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with Global, Regional, and Site facilities, construction, procurement, IT, and manufacturing teams.
