Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager for Global Facilities Central Engineering, Chemical & Gas in Singapore.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team, owning Chemical & Gas systems across the global network from design through operation, with a focus on standardization, reliability and sustainability. You will drive strategic initiatives, coordinate with site teams in the US and Asia, and mentor engineers while pushing for innovation and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
15–20 years of facilities experience in the Semiconductor industry with chemical & gas knowledge.
Ability to build and lead teams and develop people.
Willingness to travel 50–60% of the time.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-disciplinary Engineering team across global facilities and projects.
Provide technical ownership and support for Chemical & Gas systems in Greenfield and brownfield sites.
Drive global standards, innovation, reliability, and sustainability for the facilities network.
Collaborate with Global, Regional and Site facilities, construction, procurement, and manufacturing teams.
Develop and mentor team members, set goals, and monitor KPIs.
