Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Process Control Engineer in the Factory Controls division to support FabGuard FDC solutions across APAC. You will demo, deploy, upgrade, and provide ongoing support for FabGuard software on semiconductor equipment, and serve as primary contact for clients in the region.

Responsibilities include creating FabGuard recipes, analyzing sensor data, training customers on product usage, and identifying new value opportunities. Some travel and coordination with US teams are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree inEngineering, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 2-5+ years in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of semiconductor processes and OEM equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Demo, deploy, upgrade, and provide ongoing support for FabGuard software across semiconductor process equipment.
• Create FabGuard recipes and analyze tool-based sensors, FabGuard sensors, and customer sensors for FDC applications.
• Provide written and verbal feedback to customers on troubleshooting, recipe development, and installation procedures.
• Identify unexplored process areas where FabGuard software and sensor solutions can add value to customers.
• Provide on-site training on FabGuard products, including FDC software, hardware usage, and basic troubleshooting.
• Communicate FabGuard capabilities to prospective customers and stakeholders.
• Serve as the Site Lead for FabGuard clients in the assigned region.
• Own and manage FabGuard support tickets across the region.
• Travel ~30% across APAC sites and key customer locations for demos and deployments.
• Report to the IMS Factory Controls Team Lead.
• Work with Business Unit leadership and global Operational Excellence teams.
• Coordinate with US FabGuard Development team when needed.
