Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required.
• Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
• Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of SPC, Design of Experiment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and maintain Fab Support Tools (Vacuum Pump, Scrubbers, Chillers).
• Lead a team of technicians for compressed shift coverage.
• Establish and improve process conditions.
• Upgrade process capability and reduce production costs.
• Manage operational budgets and projects.
