Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a field-based software specialist to demo, deploy, upgrade and support software for semiconductor process equipment, building strong customer partnerships.

You will analyze sensor data for fault detection and develop recipes to optimize processes while delivering onsite training and technical support. With 2–5+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, you will troubleshoot complex issues, present software capabilities to customers, and collaborate with

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor processes and equipment.
• 2–5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to adapt to field environments and build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Demo, deploy, upgrade and support software across semiconductor process equipment.
• Develop recipes and analyze equipment and sensor data for Fault Detection and Classification.
• Support customers with process troubleshooting, recipe development, installations and technical issues.

• Act as the primary technical contact for assigned customers and manage regional support requests.
