Job summary

InternSG is seeking an experienced Export Sales Leader to drive sales strategy and expand markets across Southeast Asia and Australia from Singapore. You will manage key overseas customers, lead pricing and terms discussions, and oversee export operations.

The role requires 5+ years in sales/export, FMCG or food distribution preferred, with strong communication and negotiation skills. You will collaborate with Lotte Group subsidiaries to maximize synergies and deliver growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree qualification.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Familiarity with export procedures and documentation is an advantage.
• Experience handling regional export markets and overseas customers.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• At least 5 years of sales or export experience, preferably in FMCG or food distribution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement export sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify and develop new customers, distributors and business opportunities.
• Lead the expansion of the Australian market and Southeast Asian markets.
• Collaborate with other subsidiary companies within the Lotte Group to identify and maximize business synergies.
• Manage strategic relationships with overseas customers and distributors.
• Review special pricing, payment terms, overdue-payment concerns and other non-standard commercial matters.
• Support the resolution of major customer issues and escalations.
• Prepare export sales forecasts and targets.
• Review sales performance against targets.
• Analyse market and customer performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain oversight of the export order and shipment process.
• Monitor major shipment delays, freight issues and documentation concerns.
• Supervise, support, and lead the Export Sales Team, including guiding and educating members to ensure team development and performance excellence as an Export Team Leader.
