Job summary

Amazon Asia-Pacific Resources Private Limited (Singapore) is seeking a Sr. Global Expansion Manager to plan and execute market entry strategies, tackle complex expansion initiatives, and optimize operational efficiency in new and existing countries.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Tax, Legal, Accounting, Treasury, Finance, Operations, Product, Engineering, HR and Public Policy to drive AWS global expansion with data-driven business cases and compliant growth.

Qualifications

Experience interpreting data to make business recommendations.
Experience influencing multiple stakeholders across geographies and business units.
Experience leading cross-functional teams across geographies and business units.
Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements and influence roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams across Tax, Legal, Accounting, Treasury, Finance, Operations, Product, Engineering, HR and Public Policy to drive global expansion.
Plan and execute market entry strategies, scaling operations and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Develop best practices, technical solutions, and workflows to enable scalable growth.
