Job summary

MCI Group is offering a six-month internship for a Project Coordinator in Singapore to support AMC clients and activities within the Asia Pacific region.

You will assist with scheduling, research, and maintaining client relationships while contributing to operations, stakeholder engagement, and market development tasks. Ideal candidates are pursuing hospitality/MICE studies with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Tourism or MICE.
• Experience in hospitality/MICE service sector is advantageous.
• Strong administrative and data handling abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

• Support operations by coordinating initiatives to improve client and internal processes.
• Represent the Business Support team in meetings in the manager's absence.
• Execute duties accurately and timely; brief team on client information.
• Schedule meetings, conduct research, and maintain client relationships.
• Provide membership support and manage stakeholder inquiries.
• Handle telemarketing, translation, and other operational tasks.
• Analyze data and present findings to inform decisions.
