TP ICAP Group seeks a Senior Manager in ETD Compliance Advisory to drive global regulatory guidance for Exchange Traded Derivatives and commodities. You will coordinate with regional teams and Legal, Risk and Front Office leadership to ensure regulatory alignment across jurisdictions and strategic initiatives.

You will design training, assess new product approvals, and contribute to governance forums while shaping TP ICAP's compliance strategy worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• Significant compliance advisory experience within wholesale financial markets.
• Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements for exchanges and market structure.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across Front Office, Compliance, Legal and Risk.

Aufgaben

• Be part of ETD Compliance Advisory team driving high standards of delivery and expert product advisory support globally.
• Engage with Business Heads to provide regulatory guidance on strategy and growth from a regulatory perspective.
• Advise Front Office leadership with clear, risk-based and commercially practical regulatory guidance.
• Design and deliver global thematic training to raise regulatory awareness and promote compliance culture.
• Provide guidance on change initiatives including new product approvals and regulatory developments.
• Support due diligence and planning on potential acquisitions with Compliance input.
• Represent Compliance in senior governance forums and coordinate regional regulatory efforts.
• Assist with high-risk matters related to Exchange Traded Derivatives and commodities worldwide.
