TP ICAP Group is seeking a Senior Manager to lead regulatory advisory for Exchange Traded Derivatives and physical commodities, shaping global compliance strategy and risk management. You will coordinate with regional teams, advise Front Office leadership, and contribute to training and governance across TP ICAP’s global broking and energy divisions.

• Significant compliance advisory experience within wholesale financial markets.
• Comprehensive knowledge of global regulatory requirements for Exchange Traded Derivatives and Commodities.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders across Front Office, Legal, Risk and Operations.

Responsabilidades

• Be part of ETD Compliance Advisory team driving high standards of delivery across global businesses.
• Engage with Business Heads to provide regulatory guidance and challenge on strategy and growth.
• Act as trusted adviser to Front Office leadership, delivering risk-based regulatory advice.
• Help design and deliver global thematic training programmes to enhance regulatory awareness.
• Provide compliance guidance on change initiatives, including new products and expansions.
• Contribute to global strategic initiatives and due diligence for acquisitions.
• Represent Compliance at senior governance forums to influence decisions.
• Coordinate with regional teams to assess global regulatory developments.
