Job summary

Nxera is seeking a Construction Safety Manager to lead regional EHS governance for data centre construction projects across APAC, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations. You will oversee contractor safety performance, incident management and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level safety/engineering degree or diploma with professional certifications preferred.
• Experience in EPC/general contractor oversight and multi-country APAC projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional EHS governance for data centre construction projects, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, governance reviews, and monitor high-risk activities.
• Review incident investigations, root cause analyses and ensure corrective actions.
• Prepare EHS dashboards and reports; participate in governance meetings.
• Drive safety improvements and ensure Design for Safety principles are applied.
