Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Global EHS Senior Construction Program Manager to lead safety culture, set standards, and govern contractor EHS across multi-site construction projects.

You will develop and deploy EHS programs, perform audits, investigate incidents, analyze trends, and drive corrective actions, partnering with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory requirements and deliver safe, compliant capital programs.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience leading construction EHS programs and hazard assessment.
• Experience interpreting and applying EHS regulations across geographies.
• Ability to work across functions and cultures in a multinational setting.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for reporting and communications.
• Certifications such as CSP/CIH/NEBOSH are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and education to advance safety culture and regulatory compliance across construction programs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor construction EHS programs, standards, and procedures.
• Lead construction safety management implementation and share best practices across projects.
• Plan and perform EHS compliance audits/assessments and verify corrective actions.
• Respond to emergencies; lead or support investigations and root cause analysis.
• Analyze safety performance, identify trends, and recommend risk-reduction actions.
• Ensure timely completion of EHS reports, permits, and records to meet requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate objectives into actionable EHS plans and resourcing.
