Celki International Ltd. is seeking a Global C-IMP Lead to architect and drive a standardized Continuous Improvement framework across ALAM sites worldwide.

You will bridge strategy and shop-floor execution, ensuring C-IMP becomes the default way of working and leading a community of practice across regions. The role requires 7+ years in Operational Excellence with Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt, strong change leadership, and ability to travel internationally to mentor site leaders and drive

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Process Engineering or Project Management within a global, multi-site environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable financial results (e.g., millions in OPEX savings).
  • Demonstrated experience in Change Management—specifically moving an organization from traditional mindsets to Lean thinking.
  • Experience working across different cultures and time zones, with the ability to adapt communication styles accordingly.
  • Statistical Process Control, Statistical Quality Control experience.
  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with advanced training and project experience in Lean methodologies, 5s, SMED, VSM, Kaizen and other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • If not Six Sigma Black Belt, willingness to pursue certification as part of development.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Understanding of financial measurements and goals in Lean/Flow throughput.
  • Ability to communicate concisely and effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership without direct authority; willingness to travel internationally.

  • Global C‑IMP Lead is directly accountable for driving all efficiency and C‑IMP efforts and ensuring results across all functions in the business.
  • Strategic Framework & Standardization – Develop and own the Global C‑IMP Roadmap, aligning operational improvements with long-term business goals.
  • Standardize C‑IMP tools and methodologies across diverse geographic regions to ensure a one company approach.
  • Identify and prioritize high‑impact projects that drive significant cost savings, lead‑time reduction, and quality enhancement.
  • Leadership & Culture Transformation – Act as a change agent, influencing senior leadership and local management to adopt and champion C‑IMP principles; Establish a Global C‑IMP Community of Practice, facilitate sharing of best practices and lessons learned; design and deliver training programs/workshops to build C‑IMP capability.
  • Hands‑on Execution – Lead complex, cross‑functional projects for critical business goals; support project owners whose project is at risk; mentor country C‑IMP leads and project owners through execution.
  • Performance Tracking & Governance – Define and monitor Global KPIs; own and drive the global C‑IMP maturity roadmap; manage progress of all efficiency projects and provide updates to the Executive Committee.

Job description

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? This role is the primary architect of ALAM’s efficiency and excellence and holds direct authority and accountability for increasing Continuous Improvement (C‑IMP) maturity and the verifiable delivery of results for all efficiency projects globally. The mission is to foster a world‑class culture of "better every day" by designing, deploying, and sustaining a standardized C‑IMP framework across all global sites. This role will bridge the gap between high‑level strategy and shop‑floor execution, ensuring that C‑IMP methodologies are not just tools we use, but the way we think. This global role reports to Senior Director, Industrial Management covering all the sites of ALAM in US and APAC.

Key responsibilities
  • Global C‑IMP Lead is directly accountable for driving all efficiency and C‑IMP efforts and ensuring results across all functions in the business, notably Country GMs, Site Leaders, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Product Management and R&D (Chemistry Technology Development and Process Development), and is responsible for:
  • Strategic Framework & Standardization – Develop and own the Global C‑IMP Roadmap, aligning operational improvements with long‑term business goals.
  • Standardize C‑IMP tools and methodologies across diverse geographic regions to ensure a one company approach.
  • Identify and prioritize high‑impact projects that drive significant cost savings, lead‑time reduction, and quality enhancement.
  • Leadership & Culture Transformation – Act as a change agent, influencing senior leadership and local management to adopt and champion C‑IMP principles; Establish and lead a Global C‑IMP Community of Practice, facilitating the sharing of best practices and "lessons learned" between regions; Design and deliver training programs/workshops to build C‑IMP capability at all levels of the organization.
  • Hands‑on Execution – Lead complex, cross‑functional projects for critical business goals; support project owners whose project is at risk missing targets; mentor country C‑IMP leads and project owners through their project execution.
  • Performance Tracking & Governance – Define and monitor Global Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of all efficiency and C‑IMP initiatives; own and drive the global C‑IMP maturity roadmap, leveraging regular C‑IMP Audits or maturity assessments across global sites to elevate organizational maturity and ensure sustainability of improvements; manage the progress of all efficiency projects and provide regular updates to the Executive Committee.
Are you a MATCH? Required Experience/ Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree level of education, preferably in engineering or a related technical field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, Process Engineering or Project Management within a global, multi‑site environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable financial results (e.g., millions in OPEX savings).
  • Demonstrated experience in Change Management—specifically moving an organization from traditional mindsets to Lean thinking.
  • Experience working across different cultures and time zones, with the ability to adapt communication styles accordingly.
  • Statistical Process Control, Statistical Quality Control experience.
  • Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with advanced training and project experience in Lean methodologies, 5s, SMED, VSM, Kaizen and other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • If the candidate is not currently certified Six Sigma Black Belt, will be willing to pursue and obtain a Six Sigma Black Belt certification as part of their professional development.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Understanding of financial measurements and goals in the Lean/Flow through‑put world.
  • Ability to communicate concisely and effectively in written and verbal formats with stakeholders at multiple levels in the business.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, influential leadership without direct authority, and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
