Ensures daily plant reliability, safety, and supply availability by overseeing equipment maintenance schedules, managing OPEX/CAPEX budgets, and enforcing strict safety, quality, and regulatory compliance protocols. The role actively leads root-cause analyses for site incidents, drives continuous improvement through Management of Change (MOC) processes, and supports site personnel training and daily operational handovers.
Manage monthly site maintenance schedules, oversee vendor work quality, coordinate shutdown commitments, and maintain work order closures to ensure optimal plant availability.
Conduct root-cause analysis (RCA) for all site incidents, implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA), and drive near-miss reporting.
Enforce Safe Work Permits, Risk Assessments, Management of Change (MOC) protocols, site safety audits, and strict adherence to Integrated Management System (IMS) standards.
Monitor site operational expenditures (OPEX) against budget targets and propose capital expenditure (CAPEX) justifications for plant improvements.
Ensure all site personnel are fully trained and qualified per divisional procedures, while leading daily shift handovers and fostering team alignment.
