Job summary

Reolink is seeking a Marketing Intern (E-Commerce) to support website and Amazon operations across Australia, Europe and the US markets. You will learn to manage daily tasks under a mentor, perform data-driven analyses, and contribute to pricing, promotions and localization efforts.

Interns join in two batches starting December 2026 and January 2027, with potential conversion to full-time and close collaboration with the China-based E‑Commerce Team.

Responsibilities

• Sales data file building — Complete weekly and monthly sales data export, cleaning and archiving; produce basic analysis (GMV, units, conversion, regional and category splits).
• Plan execution tracking — Break annual, quarterly and monthly plans into weekly task lists; publish execution progress weekly and surface deviations.
• Traffic & conversion analysis — Pull traffic, conversion rate, page and user-path data in GA4/FineBI and produce a standard weekly report; first-pass attribution and actionable recommendations.
• Competitor & market monitoring — Monitor regional competitors' sites, campaign mechanics, pricing and promotional cadence weekly; track brand share movements.
• Promotion & pricing execution — Configure regional/country-site discounts, coupons and campaign prices; run MSRP and compliance-display checks; synchronize MSRP updates.
• Campaign & page support — Deliver execution side of Tier-B/C campaigns; support multilingual copy proofing and localization projects.
• Product & inventory operations — Prepare materials and complete system actions for SKU launches/delistings; maintain SKU ledger; flag low-performing SKUs.
• Daily site checks — Inspect product pages, prices, stock status, links; log tickets and escalate issues.
• Collaboration & routine work — Work with design, content, supply chain and customer service; maintain meeting minutes and training tasks.
