Job summary

Reolink, a pioneer in smart security solutions, is seeking a Marketing Intern (E‑Commerce) to join our Singapore team. You will support the official website and Amazon across Australia, Europe and the US, collaborating with the E‑Commerce Team in Shen Zhen.

This internship runs 3–6 months, with 5 days onsite at our Tai Seng office and potential for full‑time conversion. Open to ongoing degree students; Batch 1 starts mid/late December 2026, Batch 2 in January 2027.

Responsibilities

• Sales data file building with weekly/monthly exports and basic analysis (GMV, units, conversions).
• Plan execution tracking: break plans into weekly tasks and publish progress.
• Traffic and conversion analysis using GA4/FineBI with weekly reports and basic attribution insights.
• Monitor regional competitors' sites and promotions and report findings weekly.
• Configure regional discounts, coupons, and pricing per Lead guidelines; run MSRP checks.
• Support campaigns and page planning, including multilingual copy proofing and localization.
• Manage product and inventory operations, including SKU launches, delisting, and stock alerts.
• Perform daily site checks on product pages, stock, prices, and links and report issues.
• Collaborate with design, content, supply chain and customer service; maintain notes and task documentation.
