Job summary

Precision for Medicine seeks a Director of Site Start Up to lead the SSU department, shape strategy, and drive delivery across regulatory submissions, budget negotiations and site contracting. You will partner with Clinical Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, timely start-up of trials.

You will guide SSU project delivery, optimize processes, and develop SSU metrics while ensuring alignment with PfM values and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 12 years in clinical research including substantial site start-up experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience or proven competencies for this role.
• Expert knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide SSU leadership, guidance and support for project delivery and team development.
• Oversee end-to-end site start-up activities across IRB/EC submissions, CA submissions and site contracts.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, project management and cross-functional teams globally/regionally.
• Develop and implement the PFМ SSU framework, tools and methodologies.
• Monitor SSU KPIs and drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
