Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Director, Site Start Up to lead the SSU department and shape the strategy for delivery across regions. You will coordinate with Regulatory, IRB/EC, CA submissions, site contracts and budgets, ensuring compliant trial initiation and client satisfaction.

With 12+ years in clinical research and deep GCP/ICH knowledge, you will guide cross-functional teams, optimize processes and drive SSU excellence while upholding PFMs values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field; relevant experience also considered.
• Minimum 12 years in clinical research with extensive Site Start-Up experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience or proven competencies for a senior role.
• Expert knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.

Responsibilities

• Provides SSU leadership, guidance and support for project delivery, people, processes and systems.
• Oversees SSU delivery across IRB/EC submissions, CA submissions, site contracts and budget negotiations.
• Collaborates with Head of Site Start Up to develop the SSU framework and tools.
• Partners with Clinical Operations, project management and cross-functional teams to plan, execute and govern SSU activities globally/regionally.
• Supports corporate/departmental strategies forPfM and drives change management for growth.
• Manages escalations and remediation of SSU issues to protect quality and timelines.
• Defines, measures and reports SSU KPIs and drives continuous improvement.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies; fosters a culture of quality and client service.
