Job summary

Precision for Medicine is a Clinical Research Organization dedicated to precision medicine, combining novel trial designs with expert operational, medical, biomarker and data analytics capabilities. The Director, Site Start Up will lead the SSU team, shape strategy, and ensure compliant start-up delivery across regions, engaging with Regulatory, Budget, and Clinical Operations teams.

The role requires a minimum of 12 years in clinical research with extensive SSU experience, a strong leadership

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
A minimum of 12 years in clinical research including extensive experience of Site Start-up.
Extensive leadership experience or proven competencies for this position.
Expert knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.

Responsibilities

Provides SSU team with guidance, leadership and overall support relating to SSU project delivery and processes.
Oversees SSU delivery across IRB/EC submissions, CA submissions, site contracts and budget negotiations.
Collaborates with Head of SSU to establish SSU framework, tools and metrics.
Supports SSU collaboration with Clinical Operations and cross-functional teams globally.
Leads continuous improvement and ensures client satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
