PROFILE SEARCH & SELECTION (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to lead patient engagement initiatives within the Healthcare pharmaceutical sector, driving digital campaigns across channels.

You will design education touchpoints, collaborate with Medical, Regulatory and Legal teams, and leverage CRM and analytics to optimize ROI and patient enrollment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Economics, Pharmacy, Science or related field.
• 3–4 years of digital marketing experience in pharma, consumer health, or FMCG.
• Experience with end-to-end campaigns, CRM/marketing automation, analytics, search strategies (SEO/SEM) and customer journey mapping.
• Strong analytical, planning and organisational capabilities.

• Design digital touchpoints that educate patients, break down barriers to care, and improve treatment adoption and continuity.
• Orchestrate connected digital experiences across web portals, search, social, messaging channels, and email automation.
• Build and refine digital features for patient support initiatives to maximize user enrollment, engagement, and retention.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Regulatory, and Legal stakeholders to deploy medically sound, highly engaging digital content.
• Utilize CRM tools, performance dashboards, and emerging solutions like AI personalization and digital therapeutics to measure and optimize campaign ROI.
