Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in built environment project delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related discipline.
• Professional certifications (PMP/MRICS) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tenders, evaluate proposals and present recommendations to management.
• Develop space planning and design layouts for school fit-out and improvements.
• Lead cross-functional discussions across design, construction and post-construction stages.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors and school admins to ensure alignment with timelines and budget.
• Identify risks, manage budgets, and oversee tendering and procurement processes.
• Prepare detailed project reports and act as secretariat for project milestones.
