Job summary

Atomionics, a Singapore deep-tech startup, seeks a Talent Lead to personally hunt and close hyper-niche technical talent. This role requires solo sourcing, deep market mapping, and delivering a persuasive equity-focused offer narrative.

You will shape global hiring as the company expands into Australia, India, and the US, partnering with founders and the Chief of Staff. You will operate with minimal infra, prioritise mission fit over cash, and build enduring relationships with research

Qualifications

• Must have tracked猎 hunting hyper-niche technical talent and closed hard hires.
• Individual contributor at heart, still enjoys running searches and closing roles solo.
• Able to credibly engage quantum physicists or INS engineers without being one.
• Experience closing candidates on mission, autonomy and equity over cash.
• Comfort working with minimal infra, small budgets, and ambiguity.
• Good taste to distinguish strong resumes from exceptional people.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close hyper-niche technical talent through hands-on sourcing.
• Map the landscape across research groups, labs, and adjacent entities.
• Sell the mission and equity story to candidates with high current compensation.
• Engage founders and tech leads to understand roles deeply for credible conversations.
• Build long-term sourcing infrastructure with universities and communities.
• Shape hiring strategy for global markets as Atomionics expands.
