Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise database administration & engineering is desirable.
• 2+ years in software engineering.
• LLM/AI experience or familiarity is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Engage in global operations and engineering strategy for mission-critical database platforms.
• Collaborate on automation to scale operations across hybrid on-prem and cloud environments.
• Champion performance, security, and regulatory compliance for financial systems.
• Administer OLTP, OLAP, data warehousing, and distributed NoSQL platforms.
• Ensure 24x7 availability and resiliency for global investment systems.
• Scale operations through advanced automation frameworks and tools.
• Utilize Windsurf and Copilot to enhance monitoring and maintenance in Python/Perl/Java.
• Drive DevOps practices for database deployments and monitoring.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams across regions to deliver seamless service.
• Influence technology roadmaps and participate in architecture reviews.
