Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Senior Business Manager within the Global Infrastructure Development team to drive cross-functional initiatives across APAC, Japan and India. You will partner with Development Execution to ensure scope, schedule and budget alignment for data center projects, while building data-driven insights and reporting.

You will lead regional OKR tracking, improve communication strategies, and coordinate with regional operations managers to optimize processes and achieve

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• MBA or Construction Management degree a plus.
• 10+ years in a corporate or large matrix organization with global experience.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-organizational projects and initiatives to meet changing business needs.
• Organize East region projects in the Global Projects Steering Committee.
• Serve as communications link between East and West regional initiatives and share learnings.
• Lead data strategy; implement systems and tools ensuring data completeness and integrity.
• Prepare project level and regional reporting; ensure consistency across the team.
