Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers seeks a Senior Contracts Manager to lead complex contracting across APAC, including India, Malaysia, Singapore, and Japan. You will partner with Supply Chain, Construction, Development, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to shape contracting strategy and mitigate commercial risk.

You will drive negotiations, develop scalable contracting structures, and advise leadership on risks and opportunities across multiple projects and entities.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years negotiating complex commercial contracts in data centers or capital-intensive sectors.
• Experience across multiple jurisdictions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting, review, negotiation, and execution of construction and procurement agreements.
• Negotiate terms including liability, insurance, warranties, delay, and liquidated damages.
• Determine contracting strategy with regional frameworks and country riders.
• Coordinate with Legal, Tax, Finance, and Risk on country-specific requirements.
• Anticipate contracting needs based on project pipeline and schedules.
• Promote templates, playbooks, and standardized contracting processes.
