Job summary

You will oversee metrics definition, reporting cadence, and governance controls, ensuring data integrity and auditability while engaging CSO, executives, and board-level bodies in quarterly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience required; MBA or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in program/portfolio management, strategy execution, governance, or transformation roles.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in a large, global organization.
• Experience building or operating Book of Work, PMO, or portfolio governance frameworks.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and governance bodies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end governance of Cyber Security objectives with KPIs aligned to risk appetite.
• Direct the Book of Work governance framework with real-time view of progress, resources, dependencies, and risk across SOC, OSVM, CSFC.
• Lead the strategic objective lifecycle from definition to improvement with traceable portfolio decisions.
