Job summary

Citi in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to strengthen governance, risk management, and financial oversight across the Singapore franchise. The role collaborates with the Singapore CCOBH, drives strategic objectives, and supports audits, continuity planning, and regulatory matters.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in financial services, exceptional communication, and a strong understanding of governance and risk.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in financial services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executive-ready narration preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory, risk and commercial considerations in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Support pan-franchise priorities and translate strategic objectives into clear actions.
• Synthesize complex information into concise insights for senior management decisions.
• Coordinate with Singapore CCOBH and cross-functional teams across the cluster.
• Contribute to governance forums and ensure internal governance requirements are met.
• Track issues and keep stakeholders informed of key franchise risks and actions.
• Assist in budgeting, expense planning and ensuring prudent resource utilization.
• Promote risk and control discipline across the Singapore management team.
