Job summary

Razer seeks a Senior Cyber Security Manager to support the Head of Information Security in executing cybersecurity strategy, managing security operations and engineering initiatives across the organisation. The role collaborates with IT, Legal, Compliance and external providers to enhance security maturity.

Responsibilities include strategic leadership, cloud/security posturing, AI security, vendor management, policy development and audits to ensure ISO 27001 and NIST CSF alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in cybersecurity with leadership across security operations, engineering, cloud, application security or DevSecOps.
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on with SIEM/SOC, incident response, vulnerability management, bug bounty, CSPM/CNAPP, PAM, zero trust, AWS/Azure security, containers and secure SDLC.
• AI Security: Experience assessing AI security risks and controls, data protection, AI gateways, governance and automation.
• Risk and Compliance: Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOX, privacy and data protection requirements.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, project management, vendor management and leadership.
• Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, AWS Certified Security, OSCP, GIAC or CEH preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to security operations, engineering, and governance initiatives.
• Oversee cloud, application security, DevSecOps, and threat modelling across CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead vendor evaluations, proofs of concept, contracts, renewals and service governance.
• Manage security program metrics, KPIs, and reporting to senior leadership.
• Coordinate compliance activities for ISO 27001, NIST CSF, SOX and data protection requirements.
• Lead incident response, vulnerability management and security training.
