Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Manager Inbound and Customs to lead customs compliance across SEA, ensuring compliant, efficient cross-border logistics and timely product delivery. You will design SOPs, KPIs and collaborate with regional and global teams to optimize operations.

The role requires 8+ years in customs/trade compliance, and strong English and Mandarin communication. Experience in regulated healthcare is preferred; ERP proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in customs and trade compliance.
• Experience in a regulated industry (medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare) strongly preferred.
• Strong English and Mandarin communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customs compliance and trade operations across SEA to ensure compliant, efficient cross-border logistics.
• Design and document standardized SOPs for import/export and establish KPIs.
• Coordinate with IT and regional teams to drive digitalization of customs processes.
