Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, software engineering or related discipline.
• 15+ years in technology, with at least 5 in senior leadership (CTO/VP Eng).
• Proven success defining and executing technology strategies for international markets.
• Experience in payments/fintech or security-sensitive industries.
• Led cross-functional customer solution delivery across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute LANDI’s technology vision and overseas roadmap.
• Lead collaboration across technical, product, PM, and business teams to deliver, deploy, localize, support, and maintain LANDI technology solutions across markets.
• Manage technology resources, budgets, and capacity to align with market needs.
• Champion Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and modern architecture; reduce technical debt.
