Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee all legal agreements with ST internal customers, ST legal, and external suppliers. You will review, negotiate, and finalize contracts, highlighting risks and ensuring stakeholder alignment across a global supply chain.

Additionally, you will implement procedures for confidential contract records and policies, and perform regular financial analyses of suppliers to assess strength and liabilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Associate or Bachelor degree in legal/paralegal studies.
• 2 - 5 years relevant experience.
• Self-starter and driven personality, able to anticipate future needs.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure with an eye for detail.
• Analytical and self-motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and finalize legal agreements with ST internal customers, ST legal, and external parties or suppliers; highlight risks and obtain stakeholder approval.
• Implement and maintain procedures and best practices for confidential contractual records maintenance and policies rollout.
• Conduct financial analysis of suppliers to understand their financial strengths or liabilities on a regular basis.
