Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 1-3 years of relevant experience in compliance or legal.
• Certifications in Risk Management and/or Compliance & Ethics preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional analytical and reasoning skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to collaborate across departments to ensure compliance.
• Experience using compliance search tools.
• Knowledge of financial industry regulations and due diligence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with the service platform is a plus.
• Previous compliance experience in financial services desirable but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Review portal and interview materials to ensure confidentiality and content compliance.
• Provide guidance on day-to-day compliance matters to sales, operations and business units.
• Deliver initial and ongoing compliance training for employees.
• Communicate with prospective and existing clients regarding compliance processes.
• Collaborate with technology teams to design and implement compliance controls.
• Assist with ad-hoc compliance projects as directed by management.
