Job summary

Manus AI is seeking a Community Programs Lead to own the global Fellow Program from goals to offboarding, and to run online communities worldwide. You will collect user insights, prioritize feedback, and coordinate across internal teams to improve adoption and support.

You will enable users through office hours, demos, and workshops while crafting compelling content reveals across social channels. Strong writing in Chinese and English is essential for clear communications and community updates.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in community operations, ambassador programs, or related areas.
Exceptional cross-functional communication and execution skills.
Professional written communication in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

Own the global Fellow Program end to end, defining program goals, member responsibilities, and evaluation criteria.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, ongoing support, quality reviews, and offboarding.
Run global online communities, including structure, rules, moderation, cadence, and escalations.
Gather bug reports, product suggestions, learning needs, and high-value use cases from discussions and events; prioritize and coordinate with internal owners.
Coordinate office hours, product demos, workshops, and reusable examples to help users complete tasks.
Own day-to-day content planning, editing, and publishing for the community’s social media; highlight user stories and achievements.
Evaluate member participation, program outputs, learning, usage outcomes, and adjust programs accordingly.
