IntelliPro is seeking a Head of International Communications to shape the group’s global narrative outside Mainland China, driving reputation and media engagement across Europe and Asia Pacific.

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will lead strategy, craft executive communications, and steer international campaigns with senior leadership and external agencies. This role requires 10+ years in comms, English fluency, Mandarin preferred, and work authorization in Singapore/Hong Kong.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in corporate communications, media relations, public affairs or related field.
• Proven experience developing and executing international communications strategies for a global organization.
• Advising C-suite executives and supporting high-profile executive communications and media engagements.
• Established media and stakeholder network across Europe and/or Asia Pacific.
• Experience planning and delivering corporate or media events.
• Excellent editorial judgment and English writing skills; translate complex priorities into narratives.
• Experience managing high-profile announcements, partnerships and crisis communications.
• Strong interpersonal skills with senior stakeholders across locations.
• Professional-level English; Mandarin reading preferred.
• Publicly listed company experience preferred; hospitality/travel/luxury industry experience is a plus.
• Existing work authorization in Singapore or Hong Kong; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the international communications strategy.
• Lead communication plans for earnings, partnerships, international expansion, brand launches and other initiatives.
• Develop materials including press releases, speeches, statements, key messages, Q&A, fact sheets.
• Lead international crisis communications with leaders and regional teams.
• Develop executive communications strategies to strengthen visibility and thought leadership.
• Drive executive positioning through international media, speaking engagements, forums and platforms.
• Support executives with media coaching, interview prep, speechwriting and spokesperson training.
• Lead the international corporate newsroom and set editorial priorities.
• Identify and develop stories across brands, loyalty program, technology, sustainability and expansion.
• Build relationships with leading international media across Europe and APAC.
• Plan and execute corporate events, media activations and executive-led engagements.
• Develop integrated campaigns leveraging earned, owned and paid channels.
• Manage international PR agency partners and coordinate across markets.
